The Yearly Plan only covers In House OR Online Remote Services (3 Remote updates per year) or 3 troubleshooting services of your devices or PC's Per household and does not cover the cost of product hardware replacement from date of purchase after the 1 month warranty. Labor fees are only covered by products purchased from Media Monkey Solutions and users that are are enrolled in the 1 year IT Support package, and fees determined in other mentions of our website.
